This notice explains, in accordance with Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which personal data we process on this website.

Table requests

If you request a table through the form, we process the details you enter (name, phone and/or email, date, time, number of guests, note) to answer your request and handle the reservation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The request is sent to us by email and stored in our system, where it is deleted after 90 days.

Hosting and service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., content and requests are stored in a Neon database in Frankfurt (EU), and emails are sent via Resend. These providers process data only on our behalf. When you visit the site, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, page visited) is briefly processed in server logs to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Google Maps

The map in the “Location” section only loads when you click it. Data (including your IP address) is then transmitted to Google. See Google's privacy policy for details.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
